The Evergreen Quality Guarantee

We try to keep things simple at Evergreen, so here is our guarantee to you:

  1. When designing or rebuilding parts, we consistently strive to provide the highest quality item at a price that will increase your profit margin.
  2. Some parts come with a warrantee card. When these parts are installed, the card needs to be filled in and returned to Evergreen. If the warrantee card is not returned and the part fails, how will either of us know when it was installed? For that reason, please fill in the warrantee card.
  3. Should one of our parts fail within the warrantee period, we will replace it.
  4. If there is a dispute, we will resolve it.

It’s that simple.
